Quality management and environmental management
of the ZIMARA GmbH

The Zimara GmbH maintains a QM-system according to ISO 9001 and also an environmental management system due to DIN 14001. Their application areas are development, manufacturing and distribution of rotary dies for the packaging industry.

The quality management is process-oriented and  concentrates on improving the internal processes continuously to ensure our customers satisfaction in regard to the quality of our services. We would like to guarantee adherence to delivery dates and cost efficiency and everlasting technical competence. We continously develop our QM-system.

A project-oriented planning of our quality and a specialized quality assurance in regard to the specific size and complexity of a special project will give us the possibility to save the high quality of our services using permanently updated methodical standards.

The QM-system is described in a central QM-documentation. All of our employees get access to this documentation and will receive intensive training how to use our quality management.
